Dr. Rojas earned his B.S. degree from Universidad de Carabobo, Venezuela; and his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of South Florida, all in Electrical Engineering; in 2009, 2014, and 2017, respectively. He joined the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2017 where he is currently an assistant professor. His research interests are in the area of microwave/mm-wave circuit and antenna applications of additive manufacturing; and RFID for wireless sensing. He is the Director of ERAU’s Wireless Devices and Electromagnetics Laboratory (WIDE Lab). Dr. Rojas has more than 24 peer-reviewed publications, and he is a reviewer for the IEEE MTT-S Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques, and Proceedings of the IEEE journals. He has one US patent and five active US patent applications.
